Translating Research for Policy and Practice (for GAHTS)
In this video, Glenn Miles and the Jarrett Davis delve into the topic of bringing social research to the forefront of policy and practice in communities. With over a decade of experience working with children and young people in Southeast Asia who have faced trafficking and exploitation, the two share their insights and reflections on the process of bridging the gap between research and real-world impact. This video is part of a three-video series created for the Global Association of Human Trafficking Scholars (GAHTS). Through sharing their extensive knowledge and practical experience, the two aim to shed light on the importance of connecting research to real-world outcomes and finding ways to bring about positive change in communities affected by trafficking and exploitation.
